Originally built in 1900, the Seekatz Opera House was host to several forms of traveling entertainment, operas and theater productions, dances, and motion pictures. Unfortunately in 1941, the original building was destroyed by fire but rebuilt soon after. This restored historic downtown building is available for your next event, meeting, or social gathering. It features modern amenities, including audio, video and food equipment, while still retaining is its wooden floors. more

"The 'relatively short' swim is held in the Texas Ski Ranch cable lake, free from any boats. The bike and run are held on back country central Texas roads with little to no traffic. The post race party is one of the best in the business. A free Texas Ski Ranch cookout, with beer, treats, and thousands of dollars in free gear."
