An annual 4th of July celebration held at various locations, the family-friendly Heritage Days in Bellevue includes carnival rides, the Bellevue Heritage Day Queen Contest, a dance, an outdoor street dance, children’s games, concession stands, food, live music, a flag-raising dedication ceremony, FFA petting zoo, area dance team performances, an auto extrication by the Bellevue Volunteer Fire Department, a fish of the Mississippi demonstration by the Iowa DNR, garden tractor pull, antique tractor, classic car and motorcycle displays and judging, raffle drawings, music, and fireworks. more
